We have a very simple guarantee at WOW Design. If you are unhapy for any reason with our products or services and we are unable to make you happy we will return your money. We do not want unhappy clients.

However... we will prorate all hosting charges incurred to date at the time of refund and if we refund fees for website designs and you try to use these designs (or obvious variations thereof) we will re-bill you and take whatever action necessary to resolve the problem.
